About Us

The Tipton Group, Inc. began in 1981 as a property management and construction management company in with properties in multiple states. The experience we have gained by constructing and operating many different types of properties has given us an inside look at what designs, materials and equipment are the most economical to maintain and that perform best over the lifetime of a property.

In 1996 we started Tipton Construction, Inc. to expand our construction activities to General Contracting and Design-Build. Our goal is to provide quality on time and on budget commercial construction services for property owners, businesses and our own developments throughout Southwest Ohio.

Our construction activities have included over $40,000,000.00 of ground up development, retrofit, tenant improvements and interior renovations of retail, office, healthcare, education and industrial properties.

Our office is located between Cincinnati and Dayton along the I-75 corridor.
